I was born in 1973 and raised in Knowle-West, a suburb of Bristol in the UK.

 

I have had many experiences in my life, each one influenced by the last that include the Royal Marines, being a British & European Taekwondo Champion and coach of the British team and a gold and silver medallist for Team GB in the pentathlon series of Laser-Run. I am the owner of an award-winning company (featured on Dragon’s Den) and has been featured in many books and publications. I have also won The Prince's Trust Inspiring Leader's award for his work in education.

My writing stems from a need to share amazing stories and characters and the desires and behaviours that drive them. My knowledge insight into human nature is reflected in the depth of the actors in my stories that both thrill and horrify my readers.
